What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes equipped with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard drinks. The exact offerings vary based on the charter type—for example, sunset trips provide premium beverages and gourmet bites, while business charters supply meeting facilities and tailored catering services for corporate needs.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advisable to book at least 2–3 weeks ahead, and even more so during the busy period (May–September). For business gatherings and bespoke events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance ensures better selection and ample time for personalization.
What if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is your safety. If the captain judges that the weather is too risky, we will propose an alternative date for the charter or give you a complete refund. We closely monitor the weather forecast and will inform you 24 hours in advance should the conditions raise concerns.
May I bring my own edibles and drinks?
Certainly, it's allowed to bring your own food and beverages. We offer exceptional catering options too which can be tailored to your taste. Please be aware that for safety measures, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Is your yacht suitable for individuals facing mobility barriers?
We endeavor to be as inclusive as possible. Certain yachts are more equipped to accommodate those with mobility issues than others. We urge you to discuss your needs during the booking process, so we can advise on the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What's the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your trip more than 72 hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure, there is a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be reimbursed except in scenarios involving unsafe weather or mechanical malfunctions from our end.
