3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In order to make a charter reservation, one is required to:

  • Have a minimum age of 18 years
  • Submit true and complete personal details
  • Make a deposit payment as detailed in the booking confirmation
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation will be considered valid once payment has been made and a written confirmation from us has been issued. We retain the authority to deny service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Reservation of charters is dependent on the availability of the vessel and favorable meteorological conditions. Efforts to fulfill your requested reservation dates and timings will be made to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. The prices can be modified at any time without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • An initial deposit which amounts to 50% of the overall price of the charter is required at the time of reservation
  • The remaining amount is due two days before the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Any additional fees incurred should be paid following the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are securely processed using encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund excluding processing charges
  • If cancelled between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half of the amount will be refunded
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund will be issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather conditions be considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Move your charter to another available date without any extra cost
  • Issue a complete refund when rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case there is a mechanical issue with the assigned ship, we will make an effort to arrange a comparable substitute. If it is not possible to provide a substitute, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It is mandatory for all passengers to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize the safety gear provided when necessary
  • Inform about any health issues that may impact their well-being
  • Stay within the assigned areas on the ship

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are forbidden on the vessel:

  • Glass bottles or jars
  • Controlled substances that are illegal
  • Weapons or any form of armament
  • An excessive amount of drinks (that exceed what is considered moderate)
  • Animals (unless they have been given prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Travelers are required to behave in a manner that is considerate and courteous. Should a passenger's actions threaten the safety of others or hinder the enjoyment of the trip, we retain the authority to halt the journey immediately without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

The extent of our accountability is confined to the charges you have paid for the charter. We are exempt from liability for:

  • Injuries to individuals that occur due to their own carelessness
  • The disappearance or harm of belongings
  • Secondary losses, unintended consequences, or penalizing retributions
  • Postponements resulting from meteorological conditions or other factors outside of our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our organization carries all-inclusive maritime insurance, which safeguards our fleet and operational activities. Passengers ought to secure insurance for their travels and personal items on their own.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participation in our charter offerings implies your recognition of the innate hazards associated with seafaring ventures, and you willingly take on the duty of ensuring your own safety and protection.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
